Use this blend if:
- Your menstrual cycle length is 28 days or longer (counted from the first day of your last period to the first day of your next period)
- You have painful periods e.g. heavy cramping, old residue/stagnation (brown blood, clots)
- You have long or missing menstrual cycles (A cycle is considered long if your periods are 32 days or more apart)
